At the Villa della Seta di Corliano you will find a tranquil and pleasant atmosphere and receive a particularly warm welcome from the owners and their staff. We can suggest tours or cultural visits, or help you decide where to eat out (the Villa’s own restaurant is an excellent choice), or recommend any special place that is well worth a visit. We are here to satisfy any other requirements of the moment, such as a local doctor, bank or specific type of shop or whatever the situation demands.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your arrival can be arranged and communicated at the time of booking and rooms are to be vacated by 12.00 of the day of departure.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10.00. Alternative arrangements regarding change of times can be made other on request, with personalised breakfast baskets taken to your room the evening before.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Bookings can be made via e-mail, fax or phone by communicating personal details, a phone number and a valid credit card number.
Payment for the stay made in cash or by credit card is due at the end of your stay, or in an alternative moment if required.

Services payable on demand: 3rd bed 10.00 Euros; 4th bed 5.00 Euros; daily cleaning/tidying of room 10.00 Euros; bicycle rental 5.00 Euros.
Prices are per night/day.
Baby sitting, laundry, tickets for museums, theatres, cinema, guided visits. Use of rooms in Villa and parts of park for dinners and private meetings (minimum 10 persons), estimate provided on request.
Cafeteria Services: meals from 5,00 Euro – Home Menù Euro 20,00 (no drinks included)
Restaurant Services: Typical Tuscan cooking card.

IN THE EVENT OF DEPARTURE EARLIER OR LATER THAN EXPECTED, THE TARIFF RELATIVE TO EFFECTIVE NUMBER OF DAYS OF STAY IS APPLIED. PETS ARE WELCOME.
