In the suite we have reserved for you, you will find a pleasant atmosphere and as much information as you wish regarding visits to monuments, tourist attractions, good restaurants or any other special place you might wish to see. We are able to assist you to sort out any small problem you may encounter such as a bank or a specialist shop, even the need for a doctor. We shall be there to help you in case of difficulties with the function of electrical or other appliances you have in the flat. - Conditions of Occupancy  -
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival time is between 6.00pm and 8.00pm. Time of departure is before 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Different hours may be agreed on request.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast can be taken during the working hours (8.00 –20.30) of the Café dell’Ussero, or in any other café mentioned on your "Breakfast Voucher". On this voucher you will find a menu from which you are most welcome to choose. In this way we are able to introduce you to Pisa’s cafés and customs. You are of course at liberty to use the kitchenette of your apartment.

PAYMENT
Payment will be according to the following scale of charges. The payment should be made before the date of your arrival on Banca IntesaBci, Filiale Pisa - C.so Italia, IBAN code: IT81 X030 6914 0206 1524 7466 767 otherwise it will be made to us cash on keys delivery.
Unfortunately, DUE TO ITALIAN BANKING REGULATIONS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD.
